How to Bridge to PulseChain (for 9mm Liquidity)

Last updated

Note: This guide covered our former PulseChain deployment, decommissioned 2026-07-14. Super9MM now runs on Uniswap V3 on Robinhood Chain.

To bridge to PulseChain for 9mm liquidity, use a cross-chain bridge to move your assets from another network onto PulseChain (chain ID 369), then make sure you hold some PLS for gas. Bridging carries real risk, so verify every address, start with a small test amount, and only use bridges you have independently researched.

Why you need to bridge

9mm V3 and Super9MM live entirely on PulseChain. If your capital currently sits on another blockchain, you have to move it across before you can provide liquidity. A bridge is the tool that does this: it locks or burns your asset on the source chain and releases an equivalent on PulseChain. Once your funds are on PulseChain, you can trade into the tokens you want and open a position on the 9mm pools.

The general bridging process

  1. Choose a reputable bridge. TODO(owner): link the recommended bridge and any official PulseChain bridge here. Prefer well-established, widely-used options and read up on their security history before sending anything.
  2. Add PulseChain to your wallet. Configure the network with chain ID 369 so your wallet can see PulseChain balances and interact with 9mm.
  3. Send a small test first. Bridge a tiny amount, confirm it arrives on PulseChain, and only then move the rest. This one habit prevents the most expensive mistakes.
  4. Get PLS for gas. You need native PLS to pay for transactions on PulseChain. If your bridged asset isn't PLS, you'll swap a little into PLS so you can move, approve, and deposit. Without gas you're stuck.
  5. Verify contract and token addresses. Confirm you received the correct token (bridged tokens can have their own contract addresses) using a block explorer like Otterscan before you trade or deposit.
  6. Wrap if needed. If a pool needs WPLS, you may need to wrap PLS to WPLS once your funds land.

Safety: bridges are the riskiest step in DeFi

Cross-chain bridges have historically been a favorite target for exploits and scams, so treat this step with more caution than any other. A few rules that protect you:

  • Never trust a bridge link from a random message, ad, or search result. Navigate to the official site yourself and double-check the URL.
  • Watch for fake token contracts. Scammers deploy lookalike tokens with the same name. Verify the address on TODO(owner): link official PulseChain token address references.
  • Understand the fees and time. Bridging can take time and costs fees on both sides. TODO(owner): do not quote specific bridge fees or times unless verified.
  • Keep a PLS gas buffer. Always leave enough native PLS so you're never unable to act on a position.

After you've bridged

Once your assets and gas are on PulseChain, you're ready to LP. Head to how to provide liquidity on 9mm V3 for the deposit walkthrough, or read the full 9mm liquidity guide. When you want your positions managed automatically and non-custodially, start at super9mm.com.

Frequently asked questions

Which bridge should I use to get to PulseChain?
TODO(owner): recommend a specific, verified bridge here. In general, prefer well-established bridges with a strong security track record, always navigate to the official site yourself, and send a small test amount first.
Do I need PLS after bridging?
Yes. PLS is the native gas token on PulseChain. Even if you bridge a different asset, you need some PLS to pay for approvals, swaps, and deposits. Swap a small amount into PLS as soon as your funds arrive.
How do I avoid bridge scams?
Never click bridge links from ads or DMs, verify the official URL, confirm received token contract addresses on a block explorer, and always test with a tiny amount before moving your full balance.
